1. About this policy
This Privacy Policy applies to the AuraPop Android icon pack (the
"App"), package name it.andreaconsorti.monoxwhite. The App is
provided by TheCons981 (the "Developer", "we", "us", or "our").

2. Information processed locally
To provide its icon-pack features, the App accesses limited information on your device:
- Installed launchable applications: application labels and package names are read to determine which installed apps already have a matching AuraPop icon and which apps are missing one.
- Compatible launcher status: the App checks whether certain supported third-party launchers are installed so it can show relevant apply options.
- Search input: searches entered in the icon and application lists are processed in memory to filter what is displayed.
3. Information you choose to send
The App includes an optional icon-request feature. When you select missing apps and tap the request button, the App prepares an email containing:
- the names and package identifiers of the apps you selected;
- your device manufacturer and model;
- your Android version; and
- any additional information you add in your email application.
The message is opened in an external email application. Nothing is sent unless you review and send that email yourself. If you send it, we will also receive the email address and standard message metadata supplied by your email provider.
We use icon-request and support emails only to respond, evaluate requested icons, improve icon coverage, maintain service security, and prevent abuse.
4. Data we do not collect through the App
The App does not include or operate:
- advertising or behavioral profiling;
- analytics, telemetry, or crash-reporting SDKs;
- location, contacts, photos, microphone, or camera collection;
- user accounts or developer-hosted cloud storage;
- advertising identifiers or persistent device identifiers; or
- background transmission of your installed-app inventory.
5. Google Play and external services
If you obtain the App through Google Play, Google may process purchase, licensing, security, and device information under its own privacy terms. The App may use Google Play licensing capabilities to support authorized distribution. We do not receive your complete payment-card information.
The App may also open Google Play, a supported launcher, a web browser, or your chosen email application. Those third-party services operate under their own privacy policies and are responsible for their own data processing.

6. Sharing and sale of information
We do not sell or rent personal information. Information may be handled by your chosen email provider when you voluntarily send a request, by Google in connection with Google Play distribution and licensing, or when disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, protect rights and security, or respond to a valid legal request.
7. Data retention and deletion
Installed-app information and search input are used in memory for App functionality and are not retained in a developer-operated database.
If you send an icon request or support email, the correspondence may be kept only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, track the request, prevent abuse, maintain appropriate business records, or meet legal obligations. You may request deletion of your correspondence by contacting us at the address below. We will honor valid requests unless retention is required or permitted by law.
8. Security
We minimize data handling by performing app matching locally and by not operating an analytics or user-data backend. When you choose to send an email, transmission and storage are controlled by the email services used by you and the Developer. No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures appropriate to the limited information we receive.
9. Your choices and rights
You may:
- use the icon pack without sending an icon request;
- review, change, or cancel an icon-request email before sending it;
- uninstall the App to stop all local processing by the App; and
- contact us to request access to or deletion of support correspondence.
Depending on your location, applicable law may provide additional rights such as correction, restriction, objection, or portability. Contact us to exercise an applicable right.
10. Children's privacy
AuraPop is a general-audience customization tool and is not directed to children under 13 or the minimum age required by local law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the App. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
11. International processing
If you contact us by email, your message may be processed in countries where the relevant email providers operate. Those countries may have data-protection rules different from those in your country.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the App, legal requirements, or data practices. The revised version will be posted at the same public URL and the "Last updated" date will be changed. Material changes will be communicated where required by applicable law.
